It's one thing to do shit like this for a free-to-play game, but if I paid forty bucks for this and it got the rug pulled out from under it, I would absolutely never buy another Sony game without a LOT of convincing that they're not gonna pull this shit again. Refund or no, this is no way to run a business: If I paid for a game, I expect to be able to play that game. Even if it sucks.
Live service games may be bullshit, but if they're not even willing to commit to the live service that they're selling that's just false advertising.
