I think the real sad thing is that your news agencies don't seem to make a big deal out of a school shooting unless a "significant" number of casualties build up. If they did, I doubt we'd be surprised by this revelation of an average 1 shooting/week.

If they did, it'd probably put more pressure on the government to actually -do- something.
