LMFAO.
Someone made a Jack Thompson character using the Kreate a Fighter mode (or whatever it's called) in Mortal Kombat Armageddon, and now Jackhole is hitting Midway with a Cease and Desist because of it.
When compared to the Marvel vs NCSoft thing, I guess it's possible that Jack may actually have something of a case here, sort of, but still... LMFAO. He may as well sue NCSoft himself, not to mention THQ (WWE wrestling games) and every other game that has a create a character mode, because it's entirely possible that someone may create a Jack Thompson character for those games as well. Sheesh.
