Here's a site with old TV show intros. The 70's had a few that I remembered, but then I clicked on the 80's link and all hope was lost. I haven't even looked at the 90's yet. Dammit, and I was actually planning to go to bed somewhat early tonight too. >_>

Moral panic

Having seen Donnie Darko just a couple of weekends ago, I find this to be not only hilarious, but totally spot-on.

Rather, the content of the image in a general sense is hilarious and spot-on, moreso than the comparison of Elizabeth Woolley to Kitty Farmer, which was the original purpose of the image in this context. Honestly, I've been reading some of the responses of lizwool in this thread, and it's just... ...sad.

Note, also, the Jack Thompson connection there. Thompson, too, has lately been making similar, but far more inflamatory, posts to threads on gamepolitics.com and other such sites as well.
