This is going to get shut down by Nintendo so hard. I'm going to go ahead and call that right now. I really, truly hope this doesn't get shut down by Nintendo so hard, but... yeah... it's totally going to get shut down by Nintendo so hard. Then again, for what little it's worth, the thing has apparently been around since at least 2010 (though I only just learned about it for the first time today) and it still hasn't gotten shut down by Nintendo so hard just yet, so maybe there's hope... or... maybe Nintendo is simply waiting until it is mostly complete (which seems like it might be relatively soon) to send out the C&D, after the maximum amount time and effort and hype has been wasted on it, as do seemingly most other game companies concerning potentially awesome fan projects like this. Or maybe they're just waiting to see if it'll burn out on its own, as do so many other potentially awesome fan projects like this. In any case, as such, until and unless this actually does get completed and released into the wild at which point it will be too late for it to get shut down by Nintendo so hard (and it also proves to be actually decent and not complete shit), I am hardly going to give it another thought.
