I wonder if I should look into maybe trying to take up Unity or GameMaker or RPGMaker (fwiw, I already have Steam licenses for both XP and VX Ace via a past Humble Bundle thing, though I haven't tried using them at all as of yet) or AGS... or maybe try to get back into doing something with TADS or Inform or perhaps the relatively newer RAGS...

Yeah that was intended for OW!RPG back then, although I'm not really aiming to continue with an actual OW!RPG itself (Although having koby and TD running around in it is certainly on the table.)

Still gotta wait til I have the money to buy the 2003 engine since that's what we'll use if anything. And then hope it'll run on one of my two comps. ^^ Since this engine can do mp3s and the like for music, we'll probably use royalty free music from incomptech since there's lots of music to choose from on there.
