Given that that's the only "valid" reason I can think of for why anyone would ever write "seggs," i.e. to get around some filter on "sex" or whatever. Hell, filters that don't ban the word "sex" should still ban "seggs" anyway, simply because "seggs" is fucking asinine. Anyone using "seggs" instead of "sex" just because they think it's lulzy or whatever can go drink a bottle of necrotising fasciitis-infused piss.

I've seen people doing tiktok-esque censorship on FUCKING AO3. A WEBSITE THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ALGORITHM. A WEBSITE THAT ALLOWS EVERY KIND OF LITERARY PORN YOU CAN IMAGINE.

I don't want tiktok to be banned over here because as much as I hate it, I don't want to be a hypocrite. But I would love to see it become so unbearably unusable that everyone scatters back to random sites.

Yeah, I'd be happy if Tiktok-isms were just properly corralled to Tiktok and weren't allowed to escape into the wild. Even if Tiktok itself did somehow magically burn to the ground this very minute, "seggs" has unfortunately already broken the barn door and fled into the hills. I never would have seen it, otherwise, because I can count on one hand with four fingers and a thumb left over how many times I've actively/knowingly/willingly sought out and watched Tiktok content.
