"Trump confronts repeated booing during Libertarian convention speech"

Good.

It's just yet another instance of Trump spewing whatever brazen lies out of the anus he keeps between his nose and chin that he thinks people want to hear. In this case, though, there were enough people not even browsing the horseshit he was trying to sell, let alone buying it. And there obviously weren't enough Trumpanzee shills in the crowd to counter that.

That said, these people would have booed Biden just as much if he'd been there instead of Trump. It's just that Biden had enough sense to not even try going to the fucking Libertarian Party National Convention, in the first place, as he would have had just as much luck there as he would have if he'd gone to the Republican National Convention (similar to how it would be if Dumbass Trump showed up at the Democratic National Convention trying to get votes there, too).

(Oh, and I really hope Trump continues the little feud he has with RFK Jr., too, and I hope that eats up more of the little time Trump has for campaign stuff when he's not being forced to appear in various courts for all the crimes he's done. [EDIT] Never fucking mind. RFK Jr. is now Trump's Secretary of Health and Human Services. Go fucking figure. Oh, and Trump got fucking reelected since the original writing of this post, too. And as a result, all of the aforementioned crimes essentially have been erased from the record now. Jesus wept. [/EDIT])

Also... "Trump... called President Joe Biden a 'tyrant' and the 'worst president in the history of the United States...'" And there goes Dumbfuck Trump projecting his own qualities (or lack thereof) onto Biden, yet again. *eye roll + weary sigh*

Biden ain't great, but I'll still be voting for him in November (or before, more likely, via early voting), because he's still many, many orders of magnitude better than Trump ever was or ever will be. And I don't feel like casting a de facto vote for Trump via either "protest" voting for some third party person or via staying home and not voting at all, because that's basically what got Trump elected in 2016, too, at least in part.[1][2] (I mean, shit, I'm already basically throwing my vote away by voting for Biden in the abysmal state of North Carolina, because, if absolutely nothing else, I have several family members alone who I'm sure will more than cancel out my vote, never mind anyone else. *weary goddamned motherfucking sigh* The current "winner take all" system for state votes and the Electoral College are fucking asinine.) Even if there may possibly exist third party people who are potentially better than either of the doofuses from the Big Two, it's just not realistically possible for anyone who is not named Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. or Donald John Trump to become the POTUS in 2024.[3] That sucks, really badly, but that's just the reality of the situation. If Biden were running against anyone other than fucking Dumbshit Jackass Trump, maybe I'd feel differently, I dunno. Probably not, though, because the GQP as a whole has proven that it's beyond the pale now, and that will certainly remain the case as long as Donald Trump remains a thing that exists.

Anyway, as always, to hell forever with Donald Trump.

[1] - "In part," because it was just a blip compared to all the criminal shit Trump did in pursuit of the Presidency, but still.

[2] - And Biden is worse than Hillary Clinton was, despite Biden actually beating Trump in 2020, compared to Clinton "losing" against him in 2016. That just shows how ludicrously horrendous Trump had proven to be, rather than how "good" Biden was. Though, of course, even Biden was and is still objectively better than Trump, even so, and the fact that the race between the two in 2024 is even remotely close at all just shows how utterly fucked up and broken American politics are, in general.

[3] - Barring any unforeseen circumstances that may occur between now and November, like health issues or deaths (natural or otherwise, though they're both older than shit, so...) or the fact that one of the candidates may well be rotting in a prison cell by the time of the election (not that that last one would prevent said obvious criminal from still winning and becoming POTUS again, somehow, as fucking dogshit ridiculous as that is). (EDIT) And, indeed, there were "unforeseen circumstances," in the case of Biden dropping out altogether and being replaced by Kamala Harris around three months before the election. Not that it mattered, because Dumbshit Trump still won, somehow, to the detriment of us all. (/EDIT)
