So, like, there's about a billion, give or take, of those Atelier games on Steam (though maybe half of that is DLC, *weary sigh*). Has anyone played these (and by "anyone," I mean ![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
owsf2000, mainly, as he's the only one who reads this anymore, though if anyone else does read this, they're certainly welcome to leave an opinion)? Are they any good? Are they connected, storywise, or mostly each stand alone (or something in between)? I know they're RPGs, and they have to do with crafting or some such, maybe running a store or something? But that's the extent of my knowledge of these games.
Just wondering, because I went through and severely culled my Steam wishlist (dropped down to 200-something from around probably 1,200 or so, not sure what the number was when I started slashing stuff), and a bunch of those Atelier games were in the wishlist.
