So long as it's being localized to PC properly that collection should be worth it. Personally I won't be getting it however since I own all 3 of the GBA games already on actual carts. I don't have Dracula X, but that game alone wouldn't be worth the full cost of this bundle. At most I'll just wait to see if I can see it go on sale for under 10 bucks later on down the road.
If you haven't played these games before, Aria was my favorite of the 3. The soul-collecting mechanism is quite fun. I'm guessing a lot of people agree with me given the very next game, the first one on the DS, was a direct sequel to it.
