Though this is an article from back in December 2021, which is basically a billion years ago in Internet time, I only just saw it. And I pretty much completely agree with it. While the blatant, abject hypocrisy of the GQP is something that I have mentioned in the past as one of the things that I hate the most about them (aside from, you know, their blatant, abject evil), I fully acknowledge that they don't give a shit anymore, if they ever did in the first place. They're not going to be shamed by being accurately described as the thing they are. Why should they care? Their voter base certainly doesn't care. Simply tsking and wagging a finger at them isn't going to accomplish a damn thing except maybe to make them sneer and laugh in response. It's certainly not going to make them magically stop being hypocritical, evil shitstains on the underwear of humanity, that's for damn sure.
