Arbitrary rules suck.
Apr. 15th, 2005 10:39 pmWell, our GAM instructor for next year paid us a short visit today during our GAM lecture class. Everything was going fairly well up until she stated that we were to have teams of no more than five people, preferably four. This did not go over well at all, since there are a lot of us, myself included, who have already formed teams and started planning a game for next year. Our team, among others, had six members. That was pretty much shot all to hell within five minutes of meeting our new GAM teacher. We sent an email afterwards to appeal this, but that went nowhere.
The bright side: we learned this now instead of after coming back in the fall after having worked on the game over the summer.
I hate arbitrary crap like this. I really do.
