Similarly to the Morrowind speed run, some guy finishes Fallout in less than 10 minutes. This one is less impressive though, given that he obviously exploited a gameplay flaw to do it. That flaw being the ability to manually activate combat mode, run past the enemies and then end and restart combat before the enemy can do anything. Otherwise, he'd have been reduced to molten slag against the first super-mutant he met.

Still, it makes me wish I had time to play the Fallout games again now. >_>

In unrelated news, after about four hours, my download of the two Visual Studio 2005 CDs from the DigiPen Academic Alliance thing is finally complete.

So, because I had such a wonderful experience before, I decided to leave for school this morning without my keys. Even better, I had apparently neglected to put my spare key in my wallet as I had intended to do after the last time this happened (which was immediately remedied once I regained access to my abode). It didn't turn out nearly as badly this time though, thanks to Will's ladder and my half-assed impersonation of a cat burglar as I climbed up to the patio/balcony and slipped in through the sliding door.

I'm just glad that I realized I didn't have my key while standing at the bus stop on the way to school this morning. In a worst case scenario, I could have not realized it until, oh, about 10 minutes ago. >_>
