Retarded

I am so retarded. I was supposed to be at class at 12:00pm today, but for some reason last night that translated into set the alarm clock for 12:00pm. Damn it. No clue why I would have done that. The only thing I can think of is that all of my other classes Monday-Thursday start at 2:30pm so I was thrown off by the :30 mark there? I don't know, given that it hasn't happened before now I'm not sure why it would all of a sudden have happened last night. Or it could have something to do with the fact that I had to get up yesterday at around 6:30am or so, which sort of threw off my sense of time all day, overall. Well, whatever the reason, this certainly won't be the first time over the past four years that I've fucked up setting the alarm clock. *sigh*

At any rate, if I tried to get there now, I'd arrive about an hour late, so there's not much point in going, since I've already missed even the bus that would have gotten me there by 12:30pm as well. Oh well, since I'm not sick or anything like that, I can at least still go to GAM lecture at 2:30pm3:00pm, since it apparently got pushed back 30 minutes today, according to Sward's email earlier this week. Hell, maybe that is what confused me regarding setting the clock wrong or something. Maybe I misremembered last night when setting the clock and thought it applied to ENG as well or something retarded like that? Though I would have had to leave before 12:00pm if I were trying to get there by 12:30pm. Bah, I have no clue.

If nothing else, at least I dreamed I was at school last night. That's gotta count for something, right? Right? Eh..... Didn't think so. Considering that being "at school" in the dream meant being at some weird, hellish amalgamation of every school that I've ever attended since and including high school up through DigiPen, anyway. That was screwed up. I'm glad I don't actually remember any details. Those are about as bad as false awakening dreams.

Between this and missing GAM lab on Wednesday due to plumbing issues, this hasn't been the greatest week for me at all. Oh well, week after next is Spring Break, so there's that, at least. All I have to do is make it through another huge set of math problems due Tuesday, a quiz on Wednesday, two mid-terms on Thursday, and a programming assignment due Friday. Possibly two programming assignments, assuming the CS370 teacher ever gets around to posting the second assignment for that class, though I'm hoping that one gets pushed back to some time after Spring Break. But hopefully not right after Spring Break, that is, since that's when Alpha for GAM class is due, according to the syllabus..... with Career Day being the week after that. Jesus Christ, and here I'd thought this semester had been moving kind of slowly up until now. (EDIT) Well, CS370 assignment did get pushed back to after Spring Break, but is indeed due the first day of class back from Spring Break. Just great. (/EDIT)
