PS3 Demos

I took a break from FFXIII to try a few of the demos I downloaded a while back but never got around to playing until now. A few of them are interesting enough that they have me considering getting the full games. These are Trine, Folklore, and Valkyria Chronicles. These were all interesting in their own way and have me intrigued. Not sure if I'll actually get any of the games listed in this post any time soon, but these are the three I'd be most likely to get at some point.

The Ratchet and Clank demos were pretty cool for what they were (the Clank demo more so than the Ratchet one), but I think I may take a pass on those nonetheless, mainly because I haven't played any of the earlier games in the series either.

Infamous, similarly, seemed fairly interesting, kind of, but not enough so that I'm wanting to rush out and get the full game.

Lastly, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. So far, what I've played of it, the demo just sucks. I die a lot, even on easy, and it's not a very fun experience at all. Yet, I'm reading a lot on GameFAQs forums and such that the demo isn't a very good representation of the full game. I've heard good things about the second game as well, but I feel like I'd want to play the first one before going into the second one. But after the demo, I just don't know. It seemed really combat heavy, and it was rather frustrating.

For anyone who has played the full versions of these games, particularly Uncharted, how do the full games stack up? Do the demos do them proper justice, or do they just not showcase the full majesty of the full games? Or, on the flip side, are there horrible flaws in the full games that aren't apparent in the demos?
