"3DS Pac-Man Gobbles Up Your High Scores"

Well, it looks like this "one save only" crap on the 3DS has officially become a new Thing™ now. Though, as Mord pointed out a few weeks ago, that Resident Evil game already wasn't the only one doing it even before now.

I just received a phone call on my home phone...

The full contents of the message on the machine was the following (picked up mid-message because the calling machine apparently started talking before my answering machine started recording):

Female voice: "...TV stations and newspapers. If you are 18 or older, press 1. If not, press 2. If you would like to be added to our do not call list, press 3."

After a short pause...

Male voice: "We did not receive a valid entry. Please try again."

And then the recording ended.

The offending phone call came from 214-283-1316 which I will be reporting to the Do Not Call registry site as soon as I finish this post. (Not that that will really do any good whatsoever, mind you.)
