I received a phone call this morning about my father.

My sister told me that the Hospice nurse checked on him this morning and said that he may not last another 24 hours. I might be going back to North Carolina again in the next few days.

I just got the call that my dad has passed away.

We don't know when it will be yet, but I will be flying back to North Carolina as soon as a flight can be arranged, likely tomorrow. Don't know when I will be back in WA, but the guess is that I will probably be in NC at least through Saturday.

Flight leaves here tomorrow at 11:15am PST, goes to Philadelphia (1.5 hour layover) then to Greensboro, arrives at 10:34pm EST.

Return flight leaves Greensboro at 6:52am EST on Sunday Aug 28, goes to Charlotte (2 hour layover) then to Seattle, arrives at 12:15pm PST.
