People talking about Trump possibly causing Civil War II in the United States; meanwhile Trump is over there thinking much bigger. Because if one potentially wanted to start World War III (or even if one didn't necessarily want to start World War III), asinine horseshit like this is a pretty good way to go about starting World War III.

Hell, if anything, Trump kickstarting WW3, if it happened, would probably be by far the biggest impetus for CW2.

This isn't surprising, of course, as this is not the first time that Dumbfuck Trump has tried to float this particular osmium balloon, but it is never not nauseating to hear it repeated yet again.

To state what should be the obvious: Unless Trump can somehow get Congress to repeal the 22nd Amendment (and fat fucking chance of that, because even with all the Trumpanzee politicians up there, they still don't have anything close to the two-thirds majority required to do so), any attempt by Trump to remain SCROTUS IMPOTUS after January 20, 2029 will be brazenly illegal. Not that a silly little old thing like the Constitution would stop Trump from trying, mind you, given that he is, demonstrably, no stranger to doing illegal and unconstitutional shit.

Personally, I just hope he's dead and gone by then and that all of this becomes a moot point.

So, either this is nothing but performative bullshit on Trump's part, encouraged by Putin, or else Trump might actually be starting to bite back at the hand that feeds him. In either case, Trump better be careful, otherwise his sugar daddy might very well cut him off altogether (in more ways than one). Wouldn't that be a shame.

In any case, none of this horseshit is in any way, shape, or form in the best interests of the Ukrainian people, the Russian people, those of us here in the United States, or anyone else in the world, in general.
