On a semi-unrelated tangent, the Westboro Baptist Church and their antics are too extreme even for the Ku Klux Klan, of all things. That's saying something.

Then again, Fred Phelps was apparently a civil rights advocate back before he went completely batshit, so that could be part of why the KKK don't want to be associated with him. Hmm...
