Yeesh, looks like they may be spot on with that 1-per-week stat given there's already something new. -_- Luckily this one falls into that "0 fatalities" bracket, but I guess that it wouldn't actually be counted given they didn't even have weapons obtained yet. (Caught in the planning stage.)
