People in the comments, in response to the "Skynet in the movie was bad, but our Skynet is good" China thing, are all like "Well, Skynet in the movie started as good, too, but then became bad."
Here's the thing, though. Skynet in the movie started out as a tool of the human military. But then, Skynet started seeing all of humanity as a threat and decided to kill everyone. So... how do we know it wasn't really the other way around? Maybe Skynet started bad, but then became good. Maybe, just maybe, Skynet had the right idea all along. ¬_¬
