Every time, I naively try to contact a company's customer service thing, since I haven't yet contacted this particular company's customer service thing, hoping against hope that maybe, just this once, they somehow won't be as useless as 99.99999% of every other company's customer service things have been aannd they're as useless as 99.99999% of every other company's customer service things have been.
