Possible alternative title: "Why voting in the United States (and other places that use this style of voting) is almost irreparably fucked and needs to be vastly overhauled or replaced entirely."
I don't like Trump or Biden, but I pretty much have to vote for Biden, otherwise I am essentially helping Trump be elected, either through not voting at all or through "protest" voting for some dumbfuck third party candidate that will never win. Not that any of this matters, because Trump is going to win North Carolina anyway, meaning my vote will be pretty much worthless. Doesn't matter if Trump wins it by only 50.00000000000000001%, he still wins and, as such, all of NC's electoral votes will go to Trump (see, there's that pesky Electoral College fucking shit up again, which is another problem entirely) and the will of 49.99999999999999999% of NC's voters will have been utterly ignored. See also Senate races and shit like that, too. I'll be voting against Thom Tillis, but it won't matter, because he's almost assuredly going to win anyway, no matter how much I hate him, even if it's only by 50.00000000000000001% of the vote. In other words, my votes against Trump and Tillis and all the other Trumpublican shitfuckers will be mostly for catharsis only and otherwise won't actually accomplish much.
Anyway, this is another channel that I may subscribe to soon/eventually/never, depending on how the stars align and whether or not a butterfly flapped its wings in Tokyo five minutes ago or whatever.
