It is a short, free game with some pretty heavy Undertale-ish vibes. I did two playthroughs in *checks Steam* 65 minutes. It's pretty cool. You should try it. Oddly, for me, I did the "bad end" playthrough first, before the longer "good end" one.
I had about the same experience of getting the bad end first. Since I had some cash left over on steam still I went ahead and bought the soundtrack while I was at it since it wasn't too expensive.
Took me just shy of 2 hours to finish it up myself, but I spent a lot of time backtracking and looking for anything that might be useful. Spent a good 15 minutes seeing if there was a way to follow that monster that was leading you near the end through the wall. That ended up being a pretty big waste of time. ^^
On my first playthrough, I just continued on after getting the statue pieces to remove the barriers, so I wasn't even aware that anything had changed in the old areas after doing so. In the second playthrough, I found that all the monsters had "filled in" with color and had different dialogues.
I also kept finding a couple of weird things/entities in each area after clearing it that would just make a spooky noise and disappear when I interacted with them. Not sure what that was about or if it affected the ending or whatever.
