For me to start boycotting SNK now, it would require me to have been giving a shit about SNK and buying their games prior to this moment. As I don't meet that requirement, I guess you would have to either consider me to be incapable of boycotting SNK or consider me to be ahead of the curve on boycotting SNK. Either way, I'm going to continue to not buy SNK games.

If, as they speculate, this Saudi prince whoever the fuck starts buying up other companies, too... well... that would just be yet another reason in an ever-growing list of reasons to completely abandon ship on the modern video game industry, I guess, which would not be all that difficult a thing for me to do, given that I've already abandoned ship on a decent-sized subset of it.

Did a few searches and saw "Saudi Arabia spent the last year throwing money around the video game industry, with strategic investments in companies like Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Take-Two Interactive, Capcom, and Nexon."

Looking over the list, pretty much companies I already ignore although did buy up those Mega Man collections when they were on a drastic psn sale.

About the only thing I can think of off-hand that I might want from any of them would be if Capcom ever made a sequel to Dragon's Dogma.
