It's just that the emphasis is more on one than the other, depending on which way one chooses to go with. Not sure which of those two ways more closely aligns with my own. I guess it depends on the day and if Biden has said or done something especially dumb that particular day.
However, neither statement of "Joe Biden is a good President" or "Joe Biden is worse than Donald Trump" is true.
