Way #1: "Joe Biden sucks as President. I mean, he's obviously way better than Trump ever was or ever could be, but Biden still sucks shit as POTUS."
Way #2: "Joe Biden is objectively, demonstrably a better President on his worst day than piss poor Trump was on his best day. Sure, Biden sucks ass, but he's still orders of magnitude better than Trump."
The distinction between the two is subtle, I admit. In both, the takeaway is that "Biden sucks" and that "Biden is better than Trump." It's just that the emphasis is more on one than the other, depending on which way one chooses to go with. Not sure which of those two ways more closely aligns with my own. I guess it depends on the day and if Biden has said or done something especially dumb that particular day.
However, neither statement of "Joe Biden is a good President" or "Joe Biden is worse than Donald Trump" is true.
