So I read this thing and a few other of the many similar articles about it. My takeaway from this, as I've said about so many other similar "smoking guns" related to Trump, is that this will result in the same thing it always does.
Democrats, liberals, people who actually care about justice and the rule of law, normal people (i.e. anyone with a properly functioning set of eyes and ears and even a smidgen of common sense) will either rant and rage about this or futilely hold out hope that we finally, once and for all, "got him" this time.
Meanwhile, Republicans, conservatives, Trumpanzees, disingenuous talking airheads on Faux Noise and other such RWNJ "news" "media," people who don't give the slightest flying fuck about justice or the rule of law (i.e. idiots with no goddamn sense at all who refuse to acknowledge the evidence that their eyes and ears have given them over the past almost decade, considering that they still support the evil dumbfuck asshole even now) will rant and rage about this while also lying their asses off about how this isn't a big deal or is just a political witch hunt or is just LIEbrul bias or whatever.
And then it will all go away, just like everything else has gone away. Nothing will happen to Trump, and Trump will continue to not be in a prison cell where he should be for the rest of his life. As always, I will be happy to be proven wrong in this, with Trump actually facing consequences for his flagrantly criminal bullshit for once in his goddamned life.
But my breath? I ain't holding it.
