Nothing like road work to turn what is normally a round trip 10-15 minute drive to town to go to the post office and back into a 45+ minute trip. *weary sigh*
On the bright side, at least I wasn't one of the guys who had to stand out there in full sun and almost 90°F temperatures just to stop traffic.
