"Sealed game prices could be crashing, according to the latest Heritage Auctions event, with some prices on titles plummeting nearly 70% in the past months."
I see this shit as only slightly more worthwhile than NFT shit (in that with this, at the very least, you have an actual, physical object), so I see these drastic price drops as nothing but a good thing, because fuck that asinine dumbshit. The fact that this shit is still selling, even now, for more than $100,000 is idiotic, but it's only going to get worse (or, in my eyes, better) from here, very quickly. There is not a single copy of a video game in existence, sealed or otherwise, that is justifiably worth one hundred thousand fucking dollars, I don't care how "rare" it is.
In any case, it (i.e. this, NFT shit, all of it) is greater fool theory in action, and these people stuck with these things, now, are the greater fools. The sooner it (i.e. all of it) dies forever, the better.
