One of Trump's lawyers called this dumbshit a "circus." And I'm like, well, everything else to do with Donald Jackass Trump is a circus, so why not this, too? But then, maybe that's being overly insulting to circuses.
Seriously, though, if this somehow ends up fucking up the trial, it'll just leave me wondering exactly how much money this woman was paid by Trump and his lawyers to run her gob like that, for the explicit purpose of fucking up the trial. Certainly wouldn't be the first time Trump used dubious means to get out of a lawsuit. That's kind of been his thing for the past several decades, after all.
In any case, even if this specific asininity doesn't tank things, I'm still not expecting anything to come of the trial. Until I am proven wrong (fingers crossed), I'm just assuming that Trump will never face any real punishment for his myriad crimes.
