Just another example of an absolute truth: If you give the general public the tiniest bit of freedom to interact with your thing while you're doing your thing, they will turn said thing into an utter shitshow at the earliest possible opportunity, all "for teh lulz." Too many people in this world believe that they're funny when, in fact, they're really, truly not. That's probably always been true, but it has never been more apparent than since the advent of the Internet.
And in this case, apparently, the "general public" isn't quite the literal general public, but instead subscribers to this guy's channel who are, I would guess, probably not as interested in seeing the guy's channel get outright banned for misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, Jew-hating, Holocaust-denying, Hitler-fellating shit in the same way that the actual general public would have been, had it gotten its collective hands on this. And yet. Even so. Despite that.
