I get an "Almost done setting up your PC!" screen-blocking pop-up when I first boot my computer and login to Windows probably once every month or three, trying to get me to install worthless bullshit like "Android for PC" or "Microsoft 365" or some cloud storage shit or whatever. I decline it every single time. I do not ever click the "remind me later" or whatever button, yet it keeps trying to get me to do it. It's fucking annoying as hell, even as infrequently as it happens. If it happens more than once, then it's happening too frequently.

I went to the Notifications & Actions section of Settings and saw that the "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested," the "Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows," and the "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows" options had all been mysteriously reenabled at some point after I long ago unchecked all of that useless horseshit.

Fuck you, Microsoft, with something flesh-dissolving and otherwise highly unpleasant.
