Yeah, all Hollywood seems to care about these days are sequels and reboots/remakes and franchises/"cinematic universes," as opposed to anything at all that might have even the slightest whiff of originality to it, since the "sales teams" keep telling them that anything that isn't a sequel or reboot/remake or part of an already existing franchise/"cinematic universe" would be "too risky" to make.
