FortressCraft.
I'm not going to jump on the "It's just a blatant rip-off of Minecraft!" bandwagon quite yet. After all, every FPS is a "blatant rip-off of Wolfenstein 3D" and every RTS is a "blatant rip-off of Dune II" in their own ways. And Minecraft itself is a "rip-off" of Infiniminer for what it's worth.
But I have to say, based on what very little I've seen of this so far, it does look very similar. I'll wait and see if they do something different with FortressCraft, but if it is indeed just a direct clone of Minecraft with slightly prettified graphics, then that'll be really lame.
(All that said, I eagerly await the game that is to the Minecraft genre what, say, the Half-Life series was to the FPS genre.)
(EDIT)
Here's a thread on the Minecraft forums about this that was started by the FortressCraft guy.
"I'm a huge Dwarf Fortress fan, so no prizes for guessing what else is likely to be a major influence on the game. I've also had the distinct pleasure of working with some of the Dungeon Keeper team, and I would love to combine all three in some sort of unholy trinity."
I have to say that that certainly piques my interest a bit. Ever since I first learned of Minecraft, I've been kind of hoping for some kind of Minecraft+Dwarf Fortress hybrid game would appear. Of course, I was thinking more a connection of some sort between the actual Minecraft and Dwarf Fortress games, but this could work too, maybe.
