"GameStop’s woes deepen as revenues crash"

Funny, but other than copy/pasting the link to this article about it, I can't really bring myself to care about GameStop's financial woes. Between owsf2000's stories about them gutting new games and my own several bad experiences with non-functional used games I got from them, I really don't think much of value will be lost if GameStop disappears entirely, and I've felt that way for probably at least a decade or more now. I mean, it's not like I would deliberately set fire to a GameStop or anything, as I don't hate them that much, but if I happened to pass one that was already on fire, I wouldn't stop to piss on it to put it out. *shrug*

Of the games in this list, I've only played Stardew Valley, Craft the World, and Banished, so I'll talk a bit about those.

So, yeah. Those are my mini(-ish) reviews for those three games.

And if I were making a list like this myself, I'd have probably added Slime Rancher and maybe Gnomoria, as well. (I won't go into writing big reviews for those, but they're pretty good, too.)

(Already breaking my "no politics" moratorium [though, technically, I said no more Trump rants, not Biden rants], but rabbitucker posted this article on Facebook, so...)

Fuck Joe Biden. He's a clueless, out-of-touch old fart, just like the last time he tried to stick his nose into the video game industry.

Of course, Biden is still a better choice for President than Donald Trump[1], and I will still vote for him if (heavens forbid) he gets the Democratic nomination, but I really, really, REALLY hope Biden doesn't get the nomination.

[1] - And even though the margin between Biden and Trump may be narrowing with every asinine thing like this that Biden says, Biden still has a looooong way to fall before he will come even remotely close to being as shit as Trump.
