I've found that searching for either the keywords "Rube Goldberg" or for levels tagged with the "Musical" tag, respectively, in the Community levels finds some interesting things. I've also just gone through a few of the create mode tutorials. The creation mode in this game seems pretty robust and interesting.
(On an unrelated note, I think I might have to do a "PS3 browser foibles" post in the near future. There are some really annoying things regarding this.)
