The problem with angel hair pasta is that the amount of it in the bowl that looks like the equivalent amount of regular, or even thin, spaghetti is actually roughly twice as much, or at least it seems that way. That could be a good thing or a bad thing though, depending on one's view, given that that's twice as long before you have to cook another pot of it.
