Yeah, Google obviously needs to do something to remedy situations like this.* That wheel? It's most definitely squeaking. Seems like MasterCard and Citibank and some others need some fixing as well.
Of course none of that really addresses the issue of why this Vitaly Borker/Tony Russo/Stanley Bolds guy isn't rotting in prison already. If the article is to be believed, some of the stuff this guy is doing goes way beyond just bad business, despite his claims to the contrary. (EDIT) Heh, it looks like just 4 days after I made this post, he was indeed arrested. Nice. (/EDIT)
And yeah, I'm not even going to mention the name of his company or what it claims to sell here, in this post. This asshat doesn't deserve one iota more business based on that.
* - I mean, seriously, if Google can remove Jack Thompson's name from Maps search results for "Dumbass" in "Miami, FL" (despite how much it deserved to be there), then they should easily be able to remove this guy's business from the top of their main search results (given that it doesn't deserve to be there).
