I have no problem with people changing their profile pics to cartoon characters and all just for the heck of doing it, but let's try to be at least a little bit realistic about it. You're not facilitating pedophiles by changing your profile picture any more than you're helping to stop child abuse by doing it.

Personally, I don't think that anyone young enough to be the target of a pedophile should even be using Facebook in the first place, but that's neither here nor there.
