Yep, again. I seriously need to stop writing these huge, long rants, for my own sake, if nothing else. I'm not saying I'm going to stop posting about political stuff altogether, because I know I wouldn't stick to that even if I did say it (see previous posts similar to this one). However, what I am going to try to stick to is, at most, just posting a link to whatever article I read or video I watched that may have irritated me. If I make any commentary of my own on the subject at all, I'm going to try to limit it to a sentence or two at the very most. The ginormous rants are just taking too much of my time lately, and ultimately serve very little purpose anyway, since I'm either preaching to the choir, or I'm just pissing off people who are, sadly, not going to be amenable to what I'm saying no matter how much I rant and rave about it (and probably even less so the more I do it). And, looking back on some of them, they kind of make me feel like I'm starting to become the very thing I'm railing against (i.e. a long-winded braying jackass, similar to Glenn Beck and his ilk). And, most importantly, there are much more interesting things on which I can be spending my time.
