If someone asks a question you don't have the slightest clue how to answer, here's a little tip:
DON'T TRY TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION.
I mean it. Don't even bother submitting a response if your so-called "answer" is only going to consist of some variant of "I don't know the answer to that" or "Sorry, I can't help you" or "No clue" or something similar.
Also, don't answer with some ridiculous, off-the-wall guess or otherwise nonsensical crap that clearly demonstrates that either A) you obviously don't know the answer any better than the asker does, B) you're trying way too hard (and failing miserably) to be cute or cool or whatever, or C) some combination of A) and B). That's even worse than simply posting an "I don't know" response.
The site is called "Yahoo! Answers" not "Yahoo! Yeah I Don't Know Either." It's also not called "Yahoo! I Mistakenly Think This Is My Own Personal Forum In Which I Can Spew Whatever Asinine Crap I Want."
(Yes, yes, I know, visiting the cesspit that is Yahoo! Answers in the first place was a mistake in and of itself. It just happened to be one of the top results in a Google search I was doing, as it unfortunately often is, and I got sidetracked.)
