Crazy dream involving a school bus

I had some crazy weird dream last night. I don't really remember anything more than vague snippets about it, which is probably a good thing. I think that there was a school bus involved in some manner, but that's the only semi-concrete thing that I can recall. The main point, however, is that it must have been a doozy because I woke up feeling all queasy and headache-y this morning. I have no clue whether the dream was a cause or merely a symptom of something else. The nausea faded quickly, but the headache remains even now. It's not fun.
