I often make fun of those "take my guns from my cold dead hands" gun advocates.

If you want a concrete reason for why I do so, then this guy right here is a textbook example of the people I am mocking. This man is utterly loco, no two ways about it. I'd never heard of Alex Jones before today, but if he really does have millions of people listening to him and taking him seriously on the radio or whatever as he claims, similar to Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck or whoever else, then I seriously weep for this country.

He's a former disc jockey from Austin. I'm told he used to be a good one, too. Then he turned all crazy liberal conspiracy theorist. (As opposed to the horde of crazy conservative conspiracy theorists.) He is a noted "Truther," or used to be, at least.

But, yeah. Dude's a nut. TOTAL nut.

He is definitely still a Truther if that CNN interview is anything to judge by.
