Yeah, this is definitely one of those "I'll believe it when I see it, but I'm not going to hold my breath for it" sort of things. The fact that this is a "fundamental shift" in how they do things is pretty damn telling, though. On top of that, this certainly isn't the first time that EA has come out with the whole "We'll do better from now on, you guys, honest!" line of bullshit either.
