"4 Ways the '50 Shades of Grey' Film Is Worse Than You Expect"

In the past, I've gone into quite a bit of detail regarding how tiresome I found all of the continual complaining about how terrible the Twilight books and movies were. Then, along came Fifty Shades of Grey, which apparently makes Twilight look like high-brow literature by comparison. And now, thanks to Cracked, I have learned that they're making a movie based on those books. Just great.

So... I guess now I can look forward to hearing nothing but how loathsome this movie will be, despite having absolutely zero interest in it, good or bad. Unlike the Twilight series, for which I have actually read the books and watched the first two movies based on them, I have no intention whatsoever of ever reading the Fifty Shades books or watching the movies, so when the inevitable endless hate train starts up for it, interjecting itself into otherwise unrelated conversations the same as it did with Twilight hating, it will be even worse for me because I won't even have a frame of reference for it. I can't wait! ¬_¬

You know, it's funny that you should draw parallels between the Fifty Shades franchise and the Twilight franchise. The former originally started as a lengthy, drawn-out fanfiction of the latter.
