This is, I believe, a very good thing, or at least could be if done right. And, of course, the Republicans and big cable Internet companies are obviously in an angry dither over this and want to see this die. They can go sit on a cactus.

Also, good on Tom Wheeler for eventually waking up and not being the huge asshat that it looked like he was at first shaping up to be.
