So, I just heard from
djafwe that the CS260 assignment due date has been extended to a week from this Friday, i.e. the last day of exam week. Also, it seems that Haas's Internet Conditions Simulator code had a bug in it, so its use in the assignment is now optional for extra credit, rather than required. I'll just say that I feel that this is entirely reasonable, and that the semi-bitching that I was doing about Lewis yesterday has now mostly been negated, at least with regard to CS260. I mean, yeah, it's still a big project, true enough, but given that I'll now be able to devote more time to it without having to simultaneously worry about Ghali and Mead and the game and so on and so forth, it should be totally doable. Well, rather, I'd have done that anyway, but the notion of being able to still get full credit on it if I can get it fully working, rather than having to take another big late hit, has restored some of my motivation.
