Back from the eye exam. It went pretty much without a hitch, and wasn't nearly as expensive as I was expecting it to be. Only downside is I have to wait two weeks or so now before I'll get my new glasses.
Oh, and I had my eyes dilated for one of the tests... and let me just say that it felt incredibly weird. Moreso than I remember it feeling the last time I had it done (which was, admittedly, years ago). You know how your mouth feels when you go to the dentist and they shoot you up with novocaine or whatever? It felt like that, except it's my freaking eyes. I had to wear one of those dorky plastic sunglasses things inside my glasses on the way home, too.
(And, as an aside, the Asian woman who did the actual eye exam was smokin' hot.)
