(EDIT 2, June 28, 2019)
So, as of now, I've done about everything I can do in the single, initial playthrough. Got 100% completion on items/weapons/armor/shards, finally, which required looking up the locations of some Guide Dang It! nigh impossible to find weapons (e.g. there's a Valkyrie Sword in the Towers of Twin Dragons that requires finding a floor with a small space under it, using the Dimension Shift ability to get down to it, then opening a chest on a platform that is off the bottom of the screen and thus not visible at all).
Might as well start a New Game+ soon. Apparently, for one thing, you cannot max out shards for Shortcut or the Silver Knight familiar in a single playthrough, since those are found in those little shard stands and there is a limited number of them in a single game's world. I'll save maxing all the other shards as well as hitting level 99 (for Miriam and familiars) for New Game+ as well. I might even try using only guns in New Game+ given that I got a hat that makes ammo not be used, just to see what that's like, since I pretty much never touched guns in my current game, except to master that one Technique for them.
There's also Boss Rush Mode, which I've done nothing with yet (and will probably save until after a New Game+ run on Hard), and a Speed Run Mode, which I probably won't do anything with at all, given that I've never cared about Speed Run or Time Attack modes in most games other games I've played that have them.
(/EDIT 2)
I've finished it, at least as far as main storyline is concerned. I'm still not done with it, though. Map completion is at 99.90%, so there's at least one little hidden room somewhere that I haven't found yet. Haven't found/made all the shards or items or food yet either. And there's all those techniques I haven't been doing much with until now (currently only at 28.57% complete on that). The only quest I haven't completed yet is to bring Susie the last bit of food.
Oh, for another thing, we'll apparently get to play as Zangetsu at some point.
(EDIT) Oooh, there's a New Game+ option on the main menu when you pick your save... I didn't notice that before. (/EDIT)
With all that said, I'm probably going to take a break from it for a bit, for now. I'm considering going back and giving Curse of the Moon another shot, since I never finished that.
I won't necessarily say that Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is my top favorite IGAvania game, as that probably still goes to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, but I'll say it might just take second place (if for no other reason than that I barely remember much of anything about any of the rest of them at this point, since it has been so long since I last played any of them).
