I've been making the comparison between Trump and Greg Stillson since at least as far back as February 2016. And I'm definitely not the only one who was doing so, either.
Big Jim Rennie from Under the Dome (the original novel, not so much the TV adaptation) is another Stephen King character that is kind of spooky in his resemblance to Donald Trump, which also predated Trump's rise to power.
Hell, for that matter, King isn't even the only one who was predicting Trump either. Especially given that it has been explicitly stated that Biff Tannen from BttF was directly inspired by Donald Trump in the first place.
